In my experience of dealing with GWH, quotes are returned quickly, along with drawings when required. Lines of communication are clear and turnaround/installation dates are agreed promptly and in my experience adhered to. The quality of workmanship is good and any issues that are encountered are dealt with the minimum of fuss.
